The Friends of the East Providence Public Library will hold the final day of their Spring Book Sale on Sunday, April 14, 2024, from 1 to 5 p.m. Admission is free. Thousands of books will be available. Hard and soft cover books are $1, children’s 50¢, pocket-sized paperbacks are 50¢ each and CDs, DVDs and audio books are $1. Books are easily accessible on bookcases and sorted in more than 50 categories; novels are in order by author’s last name. On sale are biographies, novels, vintage, collectibles and books on business, sports, cooking, gardening, history, science, health, art and more, as well as sheet music, comics and puzzles.
